Action Plumbing and Heating Maintenance

What a great experience and I truly felt like I was part of the family! I had a leaky toilet and April from the office was able to fit me in right away which was nice. James came to fix the leak and he also took the time to share with me some great tips for keeping the inner workings of my home flowing smoothly which was icing on the cake! I have used this company before and never been disappointed. Today, however, I am over the top happy. I live in an old house where everything is a pain in the a$$. My laundry drain was super clogged, we had done laundry at home for a couple of weeks, and my main bathroom drain was also very clogged. They solved our issues with a lot of patience because neither drain was an easy fix. The technician was so calm and patient as I would have using a lot of profanity with what he had to deal with. They did it and I can't thank them enough. Plus they are very reasonably priced. Highly, highly recommended. Also I called today, and they came out today. That was a bonus.

First of all I will give 6 stars for Action Plumbing but there’s only 5 listed. Seriously though they showed up early after a same day appointment. The technician was polite courteous and professional. Service at Action is there #1 attribute. A family business with high standards and quality of service. Just as important their price is extremely competitive especially for the service they provide

Our ancient furnace decided to not turn the blowers back on again after a couple days off. I was able to get a same-day appointment. Trevor, the service technician, was able to identify and fix the issue during the same visit. I was delighted with the service and speed, especially since tonight it is going to freeze really hard. Thanks so much Action! Update: The quick fix lasted 6 hours but Trevor was able to come out the very next day and replace the part as they keep old parts at their shop. Great cost and efficiency.
